Who is TOM for?

TOM is for anyone who buys or sells property in the UK — and wants access to deals that never reach the open market. That means private buyers and sellers, estate agents, property sourcers, investors, developers, and landlords. If you deal in property, TOM is for you.

What types of property does TOM cover?

All of it. Residential, commercial, and land — across the entire UK. TOM is not limited to one property type. Whether it's a two-bed flat, a retail unit, an office block, or a greenfield site, if it's off-market, it belongs on TOM.

Why off-market? Isn't Rightmove enough?

Rightmove shows you what everyone else can already see. Off-market is different — deals traded quietly, before or instead of going public. Better prices, less competition, more discretion. The best deals in UK property have always happened this way. TOM simply gives everyone access to that world.

When does TOM launch?

Very soon. TOM is in its final stage before launch — and this is your last opportunity to pre-register as a founding member before we close the waitlist.
